Shipping Policy

Between the USER and ZARODEK (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED with registration number: 2017/374060/07, with its principal office situated at Block A, 8 Hillside Road, Parktown, 2193 with its chosen email address as compliance@odek.co.za. Throughout the Website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZARODEK (Pty) Ltd.

  1. Introduction
    1. We offer 2 (two) methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:
      1. courier; or
      2. self-collection.
    2. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service, and so words defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise;
    3. We reserve the right to amend, modify, update and change any terms and conditions and other polices. It is your responsibility to regularly check our terms and policies to make sure that you are satisfied with the changes. Your continued use of the Website will be deemed to constitute acceptance of such changes.
  2. Order Processing and Delivery
    1. Orders will be delivered to the provided delivery address. All delivery and tracking information will be supplied to you via email or SMS after we process the order. Courier service delivers to your chosen delivery address on weekdays from 8:00am to 17:00pm (excluding public holidays);
    2. If we receive your order before 12:00pm, we will endeavour to process your order the same day and if we receive your order after 12:00pm, we will endeavour to process your order the next business day. If you place your order using a bank deposit option, we shall process the order only after we receive the funds into our account.
    3. Where we accept your order, we will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
    4. Our obligation to deliver Goods to you is fulfilled when we deliver the Goods to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the Goods, after we have delivered the Goods to the physical address nominated by you.
    5. If you are away at the time of delivery, the courier company will contact you and arrange for delivery accordingly.
    6. We don't ship outside of South Africa.
  3. Delivery Fee
    Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
